Hasan Ali Khan is the cofounder and CTO at Merxius. He leads the development on REALSIM -an innovative Virtual Reality platform for real estate. REALSIM was awarded the Facilities Manager Worldwide’s “Most disruptive tech in real estate” award. Vogue magazine subsequently recognised Merxius among “Top 10 cool tech companies” building India 2.0

Earlier, he led the technical team that created MARMO -a platform for Augmented Reality maintenance tasks which was awarded the Aegis Graham Bell Award for Innovation and many other awards.

Hasan is a strong believe in the Lean Startup methodology and has delivered talks and led workshops on it. He has also mentored at the Lean Startup Machine.

Apart from technology, Hasan is an amateur astronomer. He is also leading the effort to build the first amateur rocketry club in the country.
