Ninad Raval is the Director of Product and Design, Flock. He has helped several
businesses under the Directi Group to design simple multi‐screen, data‐driven
products with a focus on bridging user goals and business objectives. He is currently
responsible for defining product roadmap and release planning, product and design
strategy for consumer and enterprise products, design leadership and talent
management.
He joined Directi in the year 2004, and in the last 12 years he has been associated
with some of the brands like BigRock, Media.Net, ResellerClub and LogicBoxes. He
helped in setting up the first UX and Design Group, in a then 40 people engineering
organization. He played an important role in hiring Designers, UI Developers and IxD
Professional, and conducted regular training across all BU’s and Engineering teams to
develop the product team within Directi.
The Directi portfolio companies currently comprise of Media.net, Skenzo, Radix, Ringo, Flock, Zeta and
Codechef. Directi also comprised of BigRock, ResellerClub, LogicBoxes and WebHosting.info which were sold
to the Endurance International Group.
